I am glad you stopped by. My goal is to support YOU along YOUR life journey with the mindset of retreating inward to find your inner compass. I truly believe that once we look within, most of the answers to our questions are waiting for us; its all about timing and being ready to challenge yourself to be the best you possible.

I am a holistic practitioner providing a variety of services, workshops and retreats.

It is also very important to me to give back to our community or the community I am ‘retreating’ in. I strive to make a charitable donation, participate in community service or support a local food bank on a regular basis. The world is always a better place when we work together and support each other.
